A Simple Feeding Program for Healthy Chicks

Good nutrition starts on day one. For the first 4 weeks, feed a high-protein starter mash to support strong early growth and a healthy immune system.

From week 5 to week 8, switch gradually to grower feed. Change feeds over 3–4 days to avoid stressing the birds.

Always provide clean, fresh water. Dirty water is one of the most common causes of disease on small farms.

Feed little and often for young chicks, and keep feeders clean to reduce waste and contamination.
